• Lead small projects
• Read blueprints & floor plans
• Interact with customers in a professional manner
• Lead/manage small crews/projects
• Complete daily reports
• Certify channel and link test on horizontal cable using level one test
• Coordinate personnel and timeline to complete project
• Build closets
• Complete all IDC connections
• Identify and install grounding for racks, equipment and cable
• Assemble & install modular plugs & coaxial connectors
• Identify active voice or data circuits
• Dress and terminate outdoor cable on lightening protection
• Perform interim crew evaluations

• Must have reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading and writing skills
• 1 year cabling experience
• Must have supervisory skills
• Must possess all necessary tools.
  • Hand tools: screwdriver (Regular & Phillips), drywall saw, torpedo level, tape measure, snips, pliers (needle nose & channel locks), hammer and cable stripper.
  • Trade Tools: punch tool with 110 block and 66 block blade, 6/8 position combo crimp tool and tone set
• Ability to travel may be required
