Training - FCG (branded as ATTS) maintains a 5,000 square foot BICSI authorized training center in Tempe, Arizona. BICSI installation classes, manufacturer authorized training classes, safety classes, and FCG developed training class are held regularly in the three classrooms.

Standards - FCG employs BICSI certified RCDD and RCDD/LAN design engineers and BICSI registered installers and technicians to provide our customers with the highest quality standards-based solutions. FCG has also developed rigorous installation standards to supplement the industry and manufacturer standards. FCG's standards are taught and then reinforced through field training and inspections.

Safety - FCG's commitment to safety includes a full-time safety director, safety training for all field employees prior to their first day on the job, in-house OSHA-10 training, safety incentives for all field employees and management, regular inspections and tool-box talks, vehicle safety program, and much more. For 2004, FCG achieved an EMR of .73, a recordable frequency of 0.96, and a lost time frequency of 0.0.

Documentation - FCG utilizes a Document Control Department to ensure that all project documentation is accurate and submitted on time. At the conclusion of a project, FCG provides documentation such as AutoCAD floorplans and equipment drawings, copper and fiber certification test records, manufacturer warranty certificates, and wire schedules. FCG provides this documentation in both hardcopy and electronic format.
