BICSI certified RCDD's and RCDD/LAN design engineers, BICSI registered installers and technicians, and manufacturer certified technicians provide our customers with the highest quality solutions, following all applicable industry and manufacturer standards. Recognizing that following the manufacturer and industry standards alone would not ensure a repeatable, quality installation, FCG has developed rigorous installation standards to supplement the industry and manufacturer standards.

• BICSI RCDD/LAN Engineers design standards compliant systems
• BICSI registered installers and technicians perform work following the standards
• FCG installation standards that address most of the common installation requirements
• Customer and project specific standards are developed routinely to address specific requirements
• Dedicated field trainers reinforce the standards through field training and inspections
• Digital cameras are used to record actual installation practices and help determine areas of deficiency
